Formulation And Evaluation Of Emulgel Of An Antifungal Drug For Topical Drug Delivery
نویسندگان
چکیده
Topical drug delivery system improved bioavailability, reduced side effects, more uniform plasma levels, longer duration of action, resulting in a reduction dosing frequency and improve therapy due to levels up the end interval compared decline with conventional oral dosage form. Emulgel are generally used where other systems administration fails directly treat cutaneous disorders such as fungal infections, acne, psoriasis etc.
Materials methods: Fluconazole emulgel was optimized based on Design-Expert® software using central composite design (CCD) making Fourteen formulations jojoba oil liquid paraffin, Methylparaben, Propylparaben Triethanolamine.
Results Discussions: - The spreadability test range find from 8.9 g.cm/min 14.87 for F1 F14, respectively. Formulations having low amount paraffin had high index. As viscosity gel increased, release expected be slower. Complete (100%) achieved at 3rd hr F1, F8, F7 F14 released than 80 % vitro results showed that an formulation can potential candidate fluconazole skin disease, better physical, carriers. SEM analysis shows structure formulation.

متن کاملGelatin Microspheres for the Controlled Release of All-trans-Retinoic Acid Topical Formulation and Drug Delivery Evaluation
A topical o/w cream containing tretinoin microspheres was prepared. Gelatin microspheres of tretinoin were prepared using coacervation method. These microspheres contained about 50% w/w tretinoin. The particle size range of microspheres was between 90-150 m m. In vitro drug release from microspheres and a cream formulation was studied. It was shown that drug release from microspheres followed H...
